Terms of Service
Night Lua service terms covering authorized development and testing, third-party rights, companion tools, availability and applicable legal limits.
The Service
Night Lua is a free, open-source configuration-package tool developed by DarkDevil. Availability of a generated package depends on supported external sources. No paid service level, guaranteed availability or guaranteed compatibility is offered.
Permitted Use & Responsibilities
Use the service for authorized development, configuration inspection and testing. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions required for the software, games and files involved. A generated package does not provide a game license.
Do not use the service to infringe copyright, bypass unauthorized access restrictions, evade technical protections unlawfully or harm external systems. Do not abuse API capacity, attempt to extract secrets or upload private material through public bug reports.
Local companion tools can change files on your computer. Review their plans, permissions, warnings and backups before authorizing writes. Steam Fix is a separate utility with its own installation instructions.
Ownership, Licenses & Third Parties
The project’s source-code license applies to its own software; consult each official repository’s actual license. It does not automatically license third-party configuration files, game content, trademarks or software. Respect upstream license terms and distribution restrictions.
Night Lua is independent of Valve and Steam. Steam, Millennium, GitHub, Vercel and companion repositories have separate terms and policies. Their names do not imply endorsement.
Availability & Legal Limits
Check your connection and the AppID. Files may be unavailable for the selected game. Retry temporary failures later, and wait if asked before submitting again.
Any exclusions of warranties or limits on liability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing on this page removes non-waivable rights.
